1. About us
This website, puraderm.store, is operated by Puraderm, Boomsestraat 152, 2845 Niel, Belgium. You can contact us at support@puraderm.store. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
Puraderm™ Acne Spray is a cosmetic product. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Always read the label before use and do a patch test on a small area of skin first. Stop using the product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or are under medical care, consult a healthcare professional before use.
3. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If this happens after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown at checkout before you pay, including the price of the product, any bundle discount and shipping costs. Payment is taken when you place your order. We use secure payment providers and do not store your full card details.
5. Delivery

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return and receive a refund are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Website use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Puraderm and may not be copied without our permission.
8. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
