30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your Puraderm™ Acne Spray. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, even if you have opened and used the product.
To use the guarantee, email us at support@puraderm.store with your order number and a short note on why the product didn't work for you. You don't need to send opened products back.
- The guarantee covers the product price you paid (including bundle prices). Shipping costs are not refunded.
- The guarantee applies once per customer and household.
- Free gifts (such as pimple patches) are not refunded, because you didn't pay for them.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
In addition to our guarantee, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of telling us; we will send you the return instructions. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you pay the cost of returning it. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How and when you get your money back
Approved refunds are paid within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days before the money shows in your account.
